Mixed-Use Building-Rawabi

The project is a residential-commercial mixed-use project, located in Rawabi city in Ramallah. The concept was based on providing a vivid spirit to the neighborhood and providing the required commercial stores on ground levels while providing unique studios and apartments on upper levels.  ​

The first three floors are commercial with stores, offices, and clinics that serve the neighborhood's requirements as well as any other visitor's needs. The remaining six floors are all residential, with apartments of various sizes that suit a variety of users' needs as they range from small studios to large luxury apartments.
